Service Description

Train your body and breath to move as one with this therapeutic yoga and guided breathwork 4-sessions series. We will focus on releasing pent-up tension, reducing anxiety, increasing flexibility and enhancing your immunity. You will leave feeling more vibrant, relaxed and balanced. The intention of this series is to teach you how to breathe properly and fully. You will learn how to connect the breath to movement. Consciously connecting your breath teaches you to involve the whole respiratory system, belly to chest, using the diaphragm, your primary breathing muscle. The power of this breath helps to clear old trauma, wounds, beliefs, disease held within the body so you can live with clarity, vibrancy, and wholeheartedly! In-person space is limited to 5 people at my private studio and 10 online seats so I can ensure you receive the time and attention during breathing and breath movement analysis. Recordings of all 4 sessions will be available online for a limited time.
