Yoga as therapy is a safe way of working with the natural capacity of your body and mind to optimize well-being and create a holistic approach to an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs. Yoga as therapy supports the individual at any age/stage in life(career change, personal goals, deepen practice, a setback, overcome health issue/concerns, PTSD, anxiety, depression, nutritional goals).

You do not need to be flexible, or currently practice yoga or meditation.
You can do Yoga Therapy as a compliment to all other forms of therapy and medical treatment.
Yoga is not a religion. It is a science of living that honors the inherent spirituality in all beings. People of all faiths practice it.
You can do sessions as often or as infrequently as you choose.
