BE - A Women's Wellness Retreat by the Sea

Join us for a 3-day exclusive weekend women’s retreat to give you the space to BE and explore deep within yourself to BE balanced, whole and happy. Our holistic retreats focus on bringing your body, mind and soul into alignment, teaching you how to own your greatness, explore your creativity, summon stillness, strength and confidence, and increase your vibration to live a fulfilling, happy life.

This unique retreat will BE held at a private waterfront home overlooking the Assawoman Bay in West Ocean City, MD. Over the three days, you will participate in wellness workshops, yoga classes, sound baths, beach walks, laughs and great conversation in a safe and relaxing setting in the supportive company of other women – leaving you nourished from the inside out!

After an inspiring day of classes and activities, you will enjoy a beautiful farm-to-table meal prepared by a private chef (organic and locally sourced food with vegetarian and vegan options).

Our ethos is to provide a relaxing setting for women to escape the stress and chaos of everyday life to navigate their own self-discovery and well…just BE.
