Breathwork

Breath is life. On my own life journey breathwork was introduced to me to reduce my anxiety and other areas of my life transformed. "Manifesting" become real and everything around was clear and guided. I have taught breathwork to many and can tell you, nobody is the same and each practice is different and transformational. This is why its important to work with an experienced breath-worker.   

 

Breathwork is different for everyone, the technique, what you need and how to be guided.  When you work with me, I am fully present with you as you learn and retrain your body/mind complex to breathe optimally.  No matter what challenge you are facing, goals you want to reach it starts with the breath!  

 

 

 

Breathwork is a process of awareness, inner discovery and connects you to your living whole being. Connecting with breath is vital to reduce stress, reduce racing thoughts, connect to your intuitive nature and feel whole and complete and one with source. Breathwork floods the system with healing oxygen needed to reduce inflammation, pain and support healing and recovery. Breath re-aligns the systems of the body and regulates the nervous system which is key to wellbeing.

I'll guide you to create a breathwork practice just for you that may incorporate, movement, voice, mantras, energy balancing and more.  

This is a full 90 minute session that is focused on you, to release emotions, toxins and create internal wellness that will last a lifetime and can bring into any aspect of your life. 

This practice is deeper than traditional yoga class and is important to be with a breath expert.  You may experience emotional release, physical sensations, feel difference in temperature, shake and move through different emotional states.  

The science:

Increasing oxygen levels in your bloodstream is key to increasing the energy available to your mind and to your body. Seventy percent (70%) of your energy comes from breathing. Breath sessions retrain your breathing mechanisms (muscles, lung tissue, habitual patterns) to take in more oxygen when stressed instead of the anxiety ridden flight or flight reactions which reduces oxygen levels.

Breathwork sessions may include yoga, movement, chanting, tapping, and other healing modalities.
