Did you know you there is more than just your physical being but an energy field that surrounds you called HEF, (Human Energy Field)? Your HEF absorbs energy from its surroundings from others' energy, technology and emotions from within.
Since most people can’t see it and have not taught about the impact the HEF has on your well-being, it does not become part of a healthy lifestyle and “clearing” the energy within your HEF is vital to your well-being in mind/body and spirit.
The great news is there are simple and practical ways to clear the energy field. When I learned these simple techniques and practices I began to incorporate them into my daily personal and professional life. Before I walk into a board-meeting, I stand in the hallway and take a few long and purposeful breaths and then clear the energy around me and after the meeting, being close to other humans and absorbing all the information and technology, I clear my HEF after as well. I was able to be more focused, calm and start the meeting from a centered balanced place. After, I was able to leave any negativity or energy absorbed by others behind.
Today, we continued with a deeper lens of "clearing space" energetically to release the past. It is critical to claim your sovereignty (your earthly power) release any stagnate that may exist around us like media/social media. Due to mirror neurons within the human body, we quickly absorb the energies from technology and the messages we receive.
Stagnate energy also come from within us that go beyond and prior to this lifetime and even exist from ancestral lineage. Andrea Elizabeth, Reiki Master and healer, shared how that energy passes through the generations at the cellular level and we may be in this energetic debt that we do not own. So how do you clear this and make room and space for energy that does serve you?
Here are quick practices you can do that are effective and simple:
*Disconnect from technology as often as possible. Focus on your breath and continue with the breath into a gentle breath meditation. Imagine with each exhale you release or let go of any energy you absorbed that doesn't serve you.
1. Ground/Center: Find a comfortable place to sit, plant your feet in the ground, spine is lengthened and tall.
2. Body/Mind Connection: Become aware of your breath and take a few cycles of breath to connect body and mind.
3. Journal and state: What exactly do you want to release and let go. Things, situations that you can identify with and also state that you are ready to release energy from ancestral lineage that you know longer serves you and your family. I asked Andrea to sharebgentle simple statements you can journal, state out loud or in silence:
"I call on my higher self to merge with me, guide me, and assist me in declaring, embodying, and enacting 100 percent sovereignty of my being in this and every now moment, in alignment with my I Am Presence and in accordance with my chosen purpose, goals, and intentions for this lifetime.
I intend that in healing myself in this now moment, I heal other aspects of myself across time and space, as well as splintered aspects of other consciousness trapped in time who, through the domino effect, will attain the freedom to return to where they belong, to heal, and to contribute to the unity we seek to co-create in order to graduate from this plane and take our next evolutionary steps.
I offer healing, compassion, and forgiveness wherever it is needed or wanted to free all aspects of consciousness, including my own, to allow all to return to its natural order in wholeness and unity. And so it is."
Part of my journey has been to expore my own need to control situations, be the main provider and why I am super protective of my family and friends, you may not believe this, but my nickname is "Jenny the bull" given to me by my friends as I stood up for everyone around me. I was not sure where this energy was coming from being I grew up in a safe, loving environment. I began to explore my ancestors, especially the women. I found that the women in my family were often in situations to take care of themselves, be the sole provider and protect their families. As far back as a few hundred years ago, they crossed the seas to leave their country to gain freedom, they endured losing husbands early in life and raising their children alone. My great-grannies worked during WW1 and grandmothers survived the great depression and when their husbands went off to war, went right to work in factories to care for their families. I no longer see this as a flaw, but send healing loving energy to my ancestors and can freely claim my sovereignty now, in this lifetime.
This is why we connect and share! Real stories, real connection, real inspiration!
